John Crumplin (Manager)
John played 247 times as a defender for Brighton & Hove Albion in the late 1980s and early 1990s before a knee injury finished his full-time career in 1995. He went on to feature in the Woking squad that won the FA Trophy in 1997. He also had a spell at Crawley Town before being player/manager at Selsey for two seasons. After playing for East Preston he again had a player/manager’s role at Three Bridges, and then made further playing appearances for both St. Leonards and Lewes. He then managed Ringmer for two seasons, winning the Sussex RUR Cup and being runners-up in both the Sussex Senior Cup and the Sussex County League Division One. He was appointed manager of Redhill in October 2008 before taking over Swans during the summer.
Stuart McIntyre (Coach)
After previously being manager of both Woking and Kingstonian Reserves, leading both to league championships, Stuart first took over at Bromley in October 2001. Having left he returned for a second-spell there in early 2004. He then became coach at Kingstonian under Ian McDonald late in the 2004-05 season, taking over the manager’s role for 2006-07. After being coach to Tommy Sampson at Redhill in 2007-08, he again moved up to the manager’s role when Sampson stepped down due to ill-health. In October 2008 John Crumplin took over as manager and Stuart again reverted to a coaching role. He joined Swans during the summer along with Crumplin.
