Since gaining ownership of the club over the summer we have attempted to try and build a feeling of community around the club with initiatives such as the free game against AFC Hayes, or offering free season tickets to Walton & Hersham youth players. We strongly believe that working together with our supporters is primary way forward if we are to take the club to the next level.
This is why we are excited to be launching the “Walton & Hersham FC 100 Club” which gives the fans – or anyone who wants the club to succeed – the opportunity to donate a small amount, on a monthly basis, to help with the financial running of the club. There will be set donation prices of £5, £10 and £20 per month, however monthly donations of any amount would be greatly appreciated. At the end of each month there will be a draw, and members of the 100 Club will be in with a chance of winning a prize.
How it works:
– Each 100 Club donor will have a higher chance of winning the prize, the
more they put in.
– The number of tickets you will have will be proportional to the number
of pounds donated.
– Tickets with names on will be drawn out of a hat at the end of each
– The winners will be announced on the last day of every month on the
club’s official Twitter page and Website, and the prize can either be collected at the next home game or can be sent out by the club the following week.
All donations will aid the club immensely as it not only helps to cover our running costs such as ground rent or player expenses, but will also help us to improve the match day experience for everyone, with the ultimate aim of hopefully seeing the Swans begin the climb to where they deserve to be.
