This Saturday, the club plays at home to AFC Hayes for a 3pm KO in our fourth League match of the season.
Unlike other League fixtures, entry for our game vs AFC Hayes will be free of charge.
Following the takeover of the ‘Class of 18’ – the youngest ownership in football, the club has generated a lot of press online – so much so that the BBC are bringing two camera crews down to the game on Saturday, to record a small piece about the new ownership and their journey as the youngest football club owners in the world.
Consequently, it is absolutely imperative that attendance for the game is as high as possible; the game has been made free of charge to enter on a special basis to try and get as many people into the ground to support the Swans as possible.
To make up for this loss in gate revenue, the club will be selling printed programmes at £3 each, whilst fans are also highly encouraged to contribute to the club’s revenue streams through the purchasing of ’50/50′ raffle tickets at the turnstile.
It is hoped a successful ‘brand launch’ in front of national cameras will bode extremely well for the club, both off the pitch from an administrative point of view, as well as on the pitch as the squad’s confidence grows, which is why it is crucial fans and families do their utmost to make turnout at Saturday’s match as high as possible.
